Robert Day, age 58, beloved husband and best friend of Sharon Crouch Day, passed away Sunday, May 21, 2023, at the University of Kentucky Hospital. He was born June 11, 1964, in Lexington, a son of the late Bernis and Shirley Haddix Day. Robert was a retired supervisor for KFS and Canteen Vending, and a member of Grace Christian Church of Georgetown. Besides his wife, he is survived by: two sons, Kevin Scott Day of Lexington, and Wesley (Delana) Day of Richmond; a daughter, Alyssa (Matthew) Holland of Georgetown; grandchildren, Brooklin Day, Raelynn Day, Mia Day, and Chase Holland; three sisters, Darlene Madden, Trina Hendricks, and Tracie Day; and a multitude of adoptive family members and friends. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 26, 2023, at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home-Harrodsburg Rd. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Thursday, May 25th at the funeral home.
